AACD is a progressive, nonprofit organization representing the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, the Aurora Development Corporation, the Aurora Technology Center, the Aurora Housing Development Corporation, Aurora Construction Enterprises, Aurora Childcare, the City of Aurora and Hamilton County.
AACD’s members, people from all walks of life, work together to build a better community. The organization unites businesses, the professions, industry and individuals.

The Aurora Child Care Center, Inc. was borne from an identified community lack of child care. Having 26 in-home child care providers, Hamilton County still could not fill all of the requests from those entering the area for their child care needs.

The Aurora Development Corporation is an entity that looks to promote economic development in the Aurora area through strategic investments that encourage or enable existing company expansion and new business recruitment.

Aurora Construction Enterprise’s (ACE) mission is to ensure that there is always ongoing new construction in the Aurora area. Over the years, many developers have grown the housing options in Aurora and Hamilton County but ACE continues to provide quality new construction.

Aurora Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) was founded in the early 1990s to help provide sufficient entry-level and low-to-moderate income housing opportunities in Aurora. AHDC also provides financial assistance to owners.
